1. Dietary damage to diesel car battery is still useful
Since the diesel engine is relatively large, the starting torque is also large, so the general diesel engine is started with a 24V voltage to increase the specific power of the starter, but the generator and the whole vehicle electrical equipment still use 12V voltage, so the diesel car The circuit is equipped with a voltage conversion switch. When the start is started, the two 12V batteries are connected in series, powered by a 24V voltage, when the switching switch is restored to parallel, to meet the needs of 12V voltage. However, when one of one of the batteries is damaged, some drivers continue to use it, so that due to the two battery-side voltages, there is a large discharge current and charging current, resulting in damage to the battery and generator. Therefore, it should be replaced or repaired immediately after the battery is damaged on the battery of the diesel car, and the single battery is short-circuited.

2. Battery series blended
In the battery life, there is sometimes the phenomenon of serial use of the old battery, and this method will shorten the service life of the battery. Because there are many chemical reactions in the new battery, the end voltage is higher, the internal resistance is small (12V new battery internal resistance is only 0.015-0.018Ω); the old battery is low, the internal resistance is large (12V old battery The internal resistance is 0.085Ω or more). If the new, the old battery is blended in series, then in the state of charge, the charging voltage at both ends of the old battery will be higher than the charging voltage at both ends of the new battery. As a result, the new battery charging has not yet sufficient, and the old battery charge has long been too high; in the discharge state Since the charge capacity of the new battery is larger than the old battery capacity of the old battery, the excessive discharge of the old battery is caused, even causes the old battery. Therefore, the battery must not be new and old mix.

3. Battery in parallel
Some drivers are in line with an uncomplete battery in accordance with the insufficient storage of the original batteries. In fact, the battery that is sufficiently charged will charge the battery that is insufficient to store electricity in a very large charging current, and it is easy to cause the polar active material to fall off, affect its service life. At the same time, the battery is connected in parallel and cannot be provided to the starting current of the starter, which is more disadvantageous for the start of the engine. The correct method should be to remove the battery that is insufficient, replaced with a fully charged battery, and then start the engine.

4. Battery charge capacity is not matched with the engine

According to the engine type and the conditions of use, it is one of the important ways to improve the economics of the battery, and prolong its useful life. When the starter starts the engine, the current of the battery output is large, and in general, the current output is as high as 250A-300A at low temperature (-10 ° C). If the battery charge capacity is not matched with the engine, the battery charge capacity is small, and when the start-resistance is large, the battery of the small charge capacity is in severe discharge, and the reaction of the active substance and sulfuric acid in units of time is accelerated, so that the battery temperature rises High, polar plates bend due to overload, resulting in a large amount of active substances, and the pole is damaged, thereby great shortage of battery life. If the battery charge capacity is large, although the above problems do not occur, its active substance does not take advantage of it, make the battery economy decrease. Therefore, the charge capacity of the battery must be matched to the engine. Typically, the choice of battery charge capacity should be determined according to the load of the starter power, the voltage and the electrical equipment.
